"Sarah and the team make this agency worth staying with I've been a State Farm customer through the George Hernandez Agency for a while now, carrying both auto and homeowners policies, and experiences like my most recent one are exactly why I stay. I recently needed to swap a vehicle on one of my auto policies — remove an old car, add a new one, and make sure everything landed on the correct policy out of the two I carry. Sarah Salmond-Collins handled the whole thing with professionalism and care. She was attentive, thorough, and made what could have been a confusing process feel completely manageable. That kind of service is genuinely hard to find. I'll be honest — the backend processing through underwriting took longer than expected and hit a few bumps along the way. That part of the experience was frustrating. But that's a State Farm operations issue, not a reflection of this agency or its team. What I can say is that Sarah stayed on top of it, and the George Hernandez Agency as a whole made me feel valued throughout. When you have someone in your corner who actually follows through, the occasional administrative hiccup becomes a lot easier to deal with. Highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for an insurance team that genuinely looks out for their best interests."
